Ces Conditions Générales régissent toutes les transactions entre Cixi Aolijue Produits Métalliques Co., Ltd. (“ Aolijue ”, “ nous ”, “ notre ” ou “ nos ”) et ses clients (“ vous ” ou “ l'acheteur ”). En passant une commande auprès de nous, vous acceptez d'être lié par les termes suivants.
En tant que fabricant spécialisé dans la production en gros, la fourniture en gros et les produits de pâtisserie OEM/personnalisés, les termes ci-dessous s'appliquent à toutes les commandes, sauf accord contraire écrit.
1. Garantie de qualité et réclamations
Aolijue fonctionne selon un système de production et de contrôle qualité certifié ISO. Les acheteurs doivent inspecter immédiatement tous les biens à leur réception.

Defective Goods
Any claims related to manufacturing defects or material quality issues must be submitted in writing within 14 days after the goods arrive at the destination port. -
Required Documentation
All claims must be supported by clear photos and/or videos showing the defects, along with the relevant batch number, invoice number, and order details. Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.
Claims submitted after the stated period will not be accepted.
2. OEM and Customized Orders
Many of our products are manufactured according to the buyer’s specific requirements, including but not limited to custom molds, coatings, dimensions, packaging, or private labeling.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable
OEM, customized, or private-label products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where verified manufacturing defects materially differ from the approved pre-production sample. -
Sample Approval Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving pre-production samples. Once mass production begins, the approved sample shall be deemed the final quality standard.
3. Shipping and Transit Damage
We use professional export-grade packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.

Any damage occurring during sea, air, or land transportation shall be considered transit damage and must be claimed directly with the shipping carrier or insurance provider.

Aolijue will reasonably assist the buyer by providing necessary documentation to support insurance or carrier claims but shall not be held liable for transit-related damages.
4. Order Cancellation

Before Production
Order cancellations may be accepted only if raw materials have not been purchased and production has not commenced. -
After Production Has Started
Once production has begun or custom molds have been opened, deposits and payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Remedies and Resolution
In the event of a verified and accepted quality claim, Aolijue may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following remedies:

Replacement of defective goods in a future shipment

Credit Note to be applied toward future orders

Partial Refund calculated based on the affected quantity
No other compensation, including indirect or consequential losses, shall be applicable.
6. Return of Goods
Due to the nature of bulk metal products and high international freight costs:

Physical returns of defective goods are generally not required.

If a return is requested by Aolijue, return arrangements and associated costs will be discussed and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
